Fixtures with Referee Allocations for matches up to Sat 12th Sept. & Sun 13th Sept. 2015 have been released here.

Teams must contact the referee allocated on this sheet and must not contact anyone else until they have checked with me first. Let me know if there is a problem.

Fixtures released for 2015-1605/09/15 10:54AM

Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we have finalised the fixtures for this season. The delay has been due to constitutional changes and a few issues with individual teams.

The U12s are currently being resolved as we are attempting to solve minor problems with some teams. My thanks go to Andy Bagshaw and Sean Newton for their work on this and I ask for your patience as we start the season.

Full League Meetings - Prior to the start of the 2015/16 Season24/08/15 08:58PM

All Secretaries are reminded that there is a Full League Meeting tomorrow, (Tuesday 25th August 2015, 7:30pm) at the Council Chamber, DCC, County Hall, MatlockDE4 3AG - 7:30 start.
It is mandatory for all clubs to be represented.

The mini-soccer meeting which was scheduled for this Thursday(27th August 2015) has been moved to follow straight after the General Meeting Tomorrow instead.

Would all Secretaries please check the content to ensure all your teams are accurately represented in each age group, any changes must be notified immediately.

Club/Team Registration Stage 205/07/15 03:27PM

Registration Stage 2  – 1st July 2015 – 15th July 2015

From the 1st July 2015 to the 15th July 2015 Secretaries must login FIRST to their control panel on the RDYFL site, which will generate the new teams (Managers you cannot log in to your team until your club Secretary has done this!).

(New Clubs must create a new Secretary login first by using the 'Register' process on the login screen, once a new Secretary login is created please email registrar@rdyfl.co.uk to request your Secretary login is activated, then managers login's for each team can be registered by the managers and upgraded via the Secretary's login)

Secretaries are then required to ensure that all managers have registered a login for the RDYFL site and have logged in and added the relevant team contact information before the 15th July 2015. Subsequent changes/updates can also be made.

THE NEW CLUB/TEAM INFORMATION WILL NOT SHOW ON THE WEBSITE FOR THE 2015/16 SEASON UNTIL THE CONSTITUTION OF DIVISIONS HAS BEEN CREATED BY THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

This will be a 2 stage process as has been the norm in recent years:

PLEASE NOTE : CHANGES FOR 2015/16
Saturday and/or Sunday playing dates for Under 11's and Under 12's

Under 16s will roll over to Under 17's
Last season's 1st year Under 18's will be Under 18's
Potential Under 19's option added for last years second year U18s
Player registrations will be capped from 2015/16 per age group as follows :

U7s & U8s : Max 10 players , U9s & U10s : Max 14 players , U11s to U19s : Max 20 players , per team.

Stage 1   14th June 2015 – 30th June 2015

NO LOGIN IS REQURED TO ENTER STAGE 1 – ONLY CLUB SECRETARIES SHOULD ENTER THIS INFORMATION

For existing and new clubs whose teams wish to play in the Rowsley & District Youth Football League during the 2015-16 season, the club Secretary is required to register ELECTRONICALLY on the RDYFL website , including club officer contact information and an indication by age group of the number of teams they wish to enter for Season 2015-16 e.g.

ABC Wanderers FC   U7 x 2    U11x 1  U8x 2   U12x 1  U9x1  U10x    etc. etc.

New Team Details, Leagues will not show on the RDYFL website Club Directory and Team Directory until the full league constitution is created in July.

Nothing else is required at this stage, no managers names – no team addresses – no team pitches – no team contact details – JUST NUMBER OF TEAMS BY AGE GROUP.

THIS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 30th JUNE 2015

REGISTRATION FEES

The RDYFL Registrar will issue invoices for Clubs/Teams based on Stage 1 information.

Stage 2  1st July 2015 – 15th July 2015
