All Secretaries and Managers please note, players must be registered on the new secure online registration system and be showing 'Active' in order to play this weekend.
I will set each player to 'Active' under the following conditions :
The player has been previously registered to your team and is resigning for 2013/14. (the Club Secretary has to select the Team Name and Season '2013/14' before updating the player to do this)
The player has been previously registered to a RDYFL team, has moved to your team and you have uploaded a photograph for a new card.
The player is new, their details have been added to the system, a photograph has been uploaded and I have received a COPY of their Birth Certificate/Passport or Medical Card by email or post.
For players who had been previously registered and have been re-registered, for varying reasons, I only require their new Reg. No. and old Reg.No. (unless they are new to your team, then a photograph for the new card is required)
If your players are not all listed, contact your Secretary FIRST, to ensure they have been added to your team.
A number of new cards will be sent out shortly, however, due to a technical issue with the Card Printer, there will be a short delay in all the cards being supplied.
All managers should make a note of their players Registration Numbers as these are now required on the team sheet (which can be downloaded from the 'League', 'League Documents' menu above). Remember, only 'Active' players are eligible to play.

Fixtures with Referee Allocations for Sunday 8thSeptember 2013 have been released here.
Teams must contact the referee allocated on this sheet and must not contact anyone else until they have checked with me first. Let me know if there is a problem.

*URGENT* Fixture Changes and Primary Cup First Round Released
*URGENT* I have had to reset all the fixtures for U15 Division 1 so please check your fixtures carefully and let me know if you have any problems as soon as you can. There have also been some other necessary changes made so all teams should ensure that they check the matches especially for the 8th September, but then for all the fixtures and let me know changes as soon as possible. I remind everybody that I still do not have some venues or KO times, this is now urgent and any teams not complying will continue to be fined.
The first round of The Primary Cup for the 22nd September is now released, it is available to be viewed on the FA site and will be pulled through to the RDYFL site when Andy gets a chance with all the other duties that he has so be patient.
The cup draw has been made as last season as a typical tennis draw however this season I will only release one round at a time.
The second round of this cup will be on the 20th October so do not look to schedule any match changes on that day until you know your fate in the first round.

League 2013/14 Fixtures Released
The League fixtures are now released, please check your fixtures and let me know of any immediate problems. For those of you who have not given details of KO times and venues I need these details immediately so that Jim can organise his refs.The fixtures are now yours so check them carefully and let me know the changes that you need to make as soon as you can. I will release the first round of Primary Cup this weekend, this is due to be played on the 22nd September, if you do not have a fixture then you could put in a league fixture, just email the details to me.
Please ensure that you give me all the details i.e. The fixture and date, KO time and the division of your team as this reduces the time needed to change the fixture and saves me emailing you to confirm details.

New Registration System - Update
Thank you for your feedback so far on the new online registration system.
There were a few bugs which have been resolved :
When a new player was added who was already registered to another team the incorrect contact information was being given for the original team.
There was an error in registering a new user name for the website.
Briefly all the teams and clubs were not being shown in the drop downs when adding/editing a player.
Please let me know if you experience any other problems.

All Clubs are reminded about the general meeting to be held in the council chamber at Derbyshire county council offices on Tuesday 27th August 2013. 7.30pm It is compulsory for all clubs to be represented at the meeting,
