Fixtures with Referee Allocations for Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th September 2014 have been released here.
Teams must contact the referee allocated on this sheet and must not contact anyone else until they have checked with me first. Let me know if there is a problem.

2014/15 Constitution of Divisions
The U11-U18 constitution of divisions for 2014/15 has now been updated on the website, the mini-soccer u7-u10s , HolmebrookVallley Park and Cavendish, will be added shortly followed by addition of the fixtures for all age groups.
Please note that Clive and Sarah Pickles have stood down from the RDYFL management committee and the committee would like to thank them for their contribution to the league over previous years and wish them well with their own venture.
Sean Newton will take over responsibility for fixtures and results and he can be reached via firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com accordingly. Please post completed team sheets to Sean's address which has been added to the front page of the website.

Full League Meetings - Prior to the start of the 2014/15 Season
The Full League Meetings of the Rowsley and District Youth Football League, prior to the start of the 2014/15 Season will be held as follows :
Under 11s - U18s - Council Chamber, D.C.C., Matlock County Offiices. Tuesday 19th August 2014 7.30pm till 9.30pm
Under 7s - U10s (Mini Soccer) - Members Room, D.C.C., Matlock County Offiices. Thursday 21st August 2014 7.30 till 9.30pm ,
All clubs are required to be represented.
Club/Team Registration : Stage 2
The Club/Team registration Stage 2 process is now open.
The first part of stage 2 must be completed by Secretaries ONLY,
NEW CLUB SECRETARIES : your Club and Team data has been generated already, please register a new SECRETARY user for your club using the Login Here Link from the home page. Then login and update the team contact information using the Team Directory Editor.
EXISTING CLUB SECRETARIES : Please login and use the Club Directory Editor to update your Club Details and generate the teams for this season. You MUST click Update Club after your first login. Once this has been done you can use the Team Directory Editor to update each teams information. If you wish to use data from last season, EGU12s to U13s just select the last seasons team from the list at the bottom of you team page.
The deadline for Club/Team information update has been extended to : 20th July 2014
Online Player Registration is the same as last season for existing Clubs, again, Secretaries need to assign players to their relevant teams within the club before managers can see them in their login.
A brief explanation of all processes will be given after the AGM on Thursday 10th July 2014.

Please see the following documents in preparation for the RDYFLAGM on Thursday 10th July 2014 @ 7.30pm - in the Main Council Chamber at Matlock County Hall Offices.
1) RDYFL Rules incorporating the FA Rules for Youth Football 2014-15 (index to be inserted by start of season);
2) Please find on page 2 of the Rules document the list of existing RDYFL Officers standing for re-election for Season 2014-15. No other nominations have been received. The Meeting will vote on the re-election of existing officers;
3) Please find on page 3 of the Rules proposed dates including start and end of season for 2014-15;
4) There has been one proposal for a change in the rules - please see attached - WJSA Rule Change 2014 AGM .pdf:
Please note the RDYFL Accounts for 2013-14 will be submitted shortly including proposed auditors;
The management control panel has been disabled while the necessary new season changes are made before Stage 2 of registrations can take place, this does not affect those clubs who have yet to complete Stage 1 as outlined in my previous message.
