The appointed Referee has the power to decide the fitness of the ground in all matches. Unless the ground of a Local Authority is called off by a representative of that body. The home team must consult the referee in all cases.

A new Referee Directory has been added to the website and can be found through the League dropdown of the yellow menu above.

This should make life easier when contacting league match appointed referees. Please be aware, if contacting referees for friendlies, that not all referees will referee all age groups and some also only cover certain geographical areas.

The referees listed are under no obligation, please be courteous and do not call referees at unsociable hours.

Teams at home must contact their Referee on the Monday evening at the latest, prior to the match on sunday, otherwise the Referee may think the match is not taking place and accept a fixture in a different League. It could prove very difficult to get a replacement official. Teams must also contact their opponents. Fines can be imposed on teams who do not provide an acceptable explanation for failing to do so.
